Storage Policies
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: At least 1 valid Government issued picture Identification document is required to rent units.
TERM: Month-to-Month contract. Agreement is automatically renewed, unless a vacate notice is given.
ADMINISTRATION FEE: One-time fee of $15 is charged upon rental. This fee includes your lock.
RENT: Rent is due on the 1st of every month, payable by the 5th of the month. Payments can be made ON-Line now or you can pay at the office with a check, money order, cash, credit card, debit card or automatic payments may be arranged using your credit or debit card. We will prorate rent for the first month, depending on the move in date.
LOCKS: Space shall be immediately locked, upon execution of the agreement. Locks are to be kept on units at ALL times.
TERMINATION: A 15 days notice is to be given if tenant decides to vacate.
INSURANCE: Insurance is required with our lease agreements. If you are not covered by any other policy, we offer insurance through the Bader Insurance Company for a small monthly charge.
ACCESS CODE: Access code is given to tenant upon move-in. For security purposes the Access Code is to be entered every time the tenant enters and exits the facility. There is also an Access Code for the entry doors on the buildings.
ABANDONMENT: Facility is not responsible of anything abandoned outside tenant's unit.
