FAQWhat are the available unit sizes? Units ranging from 5x5=25 sqft to 12x30=360 sqft are available for your specifications. What if I need additional or less space after moving in? Additional space can be rented, or tenant can be transfered to a larger/smaller unit. Do I need an appointment to come and view the storage spaces? No appointment is needed to view units. However, to ensure availability, we recommend calling and reserving a space. Reservation is Free of charge. What documents do I need to rent a unit? At least 1 Government issued Idenetification is needed to rent a space. What are the access hours? Tenants have access to units 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. What are your office hours? 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p,m. Can I make payments online? PAY On-Line now with your Visa, Master Card or American Express. Please make sure you enter your unit number in the correct manner and know your access code. If you need help, please call our office and we will gladly give you the needed information. What other method of payments do you accept? We accept payment over the phone, from the follow credit cards (VISA, Master Card and American Express).
